Really disappointed with this office lately. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, but recently the level of care has noticeably declined. Billing has been submitted incorrectly, and they haven’t been reviewing my blood work unless I follow up multiple times. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s very upsetting.
Overall, disappointing experience.
i’d give 0 stars if i could. this is the WORST dr i ever had the displeasure of going to. if you care about your health and wellbeing don’t go here. I am 5 months postpartum and came for a lactation referral for my milk supply, which i told them was urgent as i wasn’t making any milk. then a week later i had another apt for a different referral. at my second appointment i asked about my lactation referral and they told me my insurance never approved it. i waited to 18 days and never heard anything about either referral. so i... read more
Great experience. I'm a new patient and I met with Crystal the P.A. Very sweet, very helpful.
Do not go here. Terrible customer service. I mean the worst. Took my kids out of school early. Appointment was 1120am got here at 1126am and they wouldn’t accept us. Made us reschedule, with an empty waiting room. This is my first ever review btw. It was that bad.
