Very rude staff and the girl in the front named Michelle with stringy red hair is very unprofessional she does not even greet you when you come into the front door. Im not sure why they have such a horrible person working in the front office she should be in the back where no one can see her and she can go hate her life. Had to go up to her and ask to check in. I said she was being rude and the whole staff looked at me like I was crazy even though I have multiple family and friends say they had the same experience with her. ... read more
I have NEVER seen the doctor in 5 years of attending her medical office. A PA always sees me. This is not a rating for them by any means. I just feel that if I am paying my insurance for doctor's visit, I should be seen by a doctor at least a part of the time.
I would not go anywhere other than Chino Hills Family Medical Group. The doctors care about the whole patient and go way and beyond what I have ever experienced with any medical office.
Great facility, very well managed and organized. The Doctor and PA's are very professional and are truly there to help you get better.
Dr Moreno and her PA’s Sara and Kristi are the best and most caring medical persons I have been fortunate to find. They sit with you, listen to your concerns and provide excellent care and advice. Easily 10 stars for these wonderful 3 professionals.
I knew Dr. Moreno from when she was in medical school. She was one of the smart of the smart ones. I have never had a problem with her or the PAs in her office -- always attentive and caring. I changed insurance just to get Dr. Moreno.
I love Dr Moreno. She is caring and listens. I trust her with my life. Her entire staff is very caring always willing to help and answer questions. Monica is the greatest. Thank you Dr Moreno.
My gosh, I love this doctor. I live in Central California, and I pay the more expensive insurance just to see her. She is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She listens and actually sees you as a human being. Her staff is good, as well as the PA's in office. She solved health problems for me that stumped other doctors. She's amazing.
STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
