Always very personable, professional & very attentive to my questions & concerns. Very thorough and detailed. She has been my doctor for 2 years and is consistently pleasing and trustworthy . All staff are kind and professional.
The worst doctor experience of my life. Waited over an hour to see her. She was cold, intimidating. Did not listen to my fears, put down my concerns. Her way or the highway. Not one ounce of human compassion. Would put no stars if I could.
She is probably a great doctor, but I can't get to her. I leave messages on various machines, with no response. I have transferred to another practice in another town.
DOCTOR DEATH - DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! The "tech/nurse" with all the tattoos yelled at my dying sister and she WILL yell at you too. I didn't believe it myself so I went with my sister to her next visit. My sister apologized to the "tech / nurse" for making her so mad when she saw her. She told my sister she wasn't mad at her she was mad at Dr. Shepherd. So she yelled at a dying person?? I asked that Dr. Shepherd call me and she never did. The office staff there is extremely rude.
She is always attentive to the patient and professional in her response to patient needs. Quickly schedules the proper tests that informs the staff what to do. appears to have a broad range of knowledge about most cancers.
