The office staff was great but Dentist seemed rushed and rude. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were so kind and attentive to me. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
