The office staff is friendly and helpful. Love the midwives. Never had any issues with anything in this office.
Poor customer service and front desk staff over charged me over 100 still have yet to get a refund two month after my visit. When I called office a month ago March 7th I left a message for Heather Jordan to get back to me. Still never received return call. This would not be an issue if I didnt have a 100 bill due from a business they use for blood work. Great staff but Dr. Lasry really is the worst Dr. Very unfriendly, short with answers, makes you feel like a number and just plain out rude. When women are pregnant their excited and want to have a great experience and you can't have that with a doctor that can't even smile or make eye contact and makes you feel like you can't ask questions. Worst Dr. EVER!!!
I have been VERY pleased with the staff at Carolina OBGYN, and especially with my doctor, Dr. Richmond. The staff is professional and attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend the practice without reservation.
