I’m gonna have to agree with the other reviews. She is dismissive, thinks she knows everything, acts like she is an actual healthcare Doctor. I think she misdiagnosed my son and used information that was none of her concern to begin with to come to such a conclusion. She also stated my side of the family is “significant for language delays as well as undiagnosed ADHD” when in fact none of that is true. I would recommend literally any other child psychologist and will never let my son return back. He will be going elsewhere f... read more
Sent me to collections before I ever saw a bill charging me 500 in extra “fees”. When your family is going through a hard time I would think a company like this would be more compassionate but I guess not.
Dr. Young was dismissive, cold, callous and unhelpful, ultimately leading to several years misdiagnosed and causing a fear of asking for help. She dismissed my glaringly obvious ADHD symptoms and presentation that had started at age 5, telling me I just had anxiety and was overdramatic. I am now finally diagnosed with ADHD and on stimulant medication and that has helped more than seeing her ever did for me. I would recommend seeing literally any other neuropsychologist.

My then 9 year old son had been tested twice before I saw Dr. Crystal Young. New to the game, I didn't realize that testing should reveal more than just a diagnosis. Dr. Young, not only gave me several suggested diagnoses, she was the only one that gave me reading material, referral for further treatment, and advised me how to get insurance approval for treatment. Her consultation was a game changer for my son. I will always be grateful for her professional advice. I highly recommend Dr. Young.
