If I can give her more than 5 stars I would. She has been a great doctor for all of my babies for over 20 years. Love her!!!
Dr. Banks is an excellent pediatrician. My daughter has been going to her since she was small, she's now a teenager. She is always very informative and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great Pediatrician
The answering service agent "Jennifer" is very rude. She would make your business look bad with new coming patients.....she makes me not want to have my child as a patient with you. She talks to you rudely if you have questions, then hangs up in your face! She does all that when all she do is sit on her A** and answer a phone. NEXT!
She is an awesome pediatrician! As a new Mommy she goes beyond to make sure you understand what you need to know.
