I feel i was treated with compassion
The way that everyone treated me was nice and professional. Everything was explained very well.
Dr. Koerner was very thoughtful and educated me prior to the procedures. She answered my, " Why's", and so I was comfortable moving forward with the treatments. She explained everything as she performed the procedure(s). I traveled two hours one way to consult with her, and I am so glad I did! Everything turned out well. I trust her to have my best interests at heart.
