My dad has been coming here for years, but on July 16, 2024, he was denied service. The administration told him that his insurance had not paid for his visit as far back as 2022. I called the insurance company, and it turns out the clinic did not file the claims for three separate bills. Despite this being a clerical error on their part, the staff was very rude to my dad.
