Dr Roodbeen repaired my torn meniscus. I had no pain after the surgery and am able to function normally again. I was told Dr Roodbeen was good but I feel he is VERY GOOD. He has my recommendation if you need a good orthopedic sports medicine doctor.
Make sure that you get in writing. Dr. Roodbeen will make promises about process and procedure with intentions of doing something different. Make sure that you understand the informed consent form BEFORE you sign it. He will do whatever that form authorizes regardless of previous discussions.

Excellent surgeon. Communicates well. Very pleased with the doctors office and their staff considering the amount of patients that are seen.
He's a great surgeon, not much on communication on follow up visits. Too many patients to really connect with them. Doesn't answer questions very well or explain medical terminology.
