I was originally referred to Dr. Toxey through Tricare Retired as my Primary Care Manager and my initial meeting seemed very promising. He genuinely seemed like a good concerned guy. Then after a few appointments I disagreed with him.... I did not agree with his medical advice which contradicted what three other physicians told me (and was working) .
