I was very happy. Your office staff was most professional and informative and your hygienist very thural.
I've been going to Dr. Conrow now for a couple of years and wouldn't have it any other way. I never have to wait to get seen. My cleanings are always done in a timely manner. Staff is awesome! Very kind and personable.
Rebecca mainly uses the cleaning tool (rather than the water pick) to chip and clean away the tartar. This results in really clean teeth, but it requires skill, together with finger, wrist and arm strength. The adage "the strength of the effort is the measure of the result" truly applies to Rebecca's work. Dr. Conrow is always warm, congenial and solicitous.
Dr. Conrow is an excellent dentist and he has a great staff, including Tracey, who is probably the best hygienist in the desert.
I had a very good experience today - my dental hygienist was professional and pleasant and engaging. I just reviewed your website and I was surprised your hygienists and other support staff are not featured - just the dentists. I think they deserve recognition on your website.
i can not believe it. I had my first crown procedure along with some minor gum surgery plus another large mercury filling replaced today at noon. I have absolutely zero pain zero swelling and no bruising. I went out to dinner with friends and they cant believe it either. They are patients of another oral surgeon in Palm desert and were amazed at the work and my recovery. Dr Conrow is an artist with a magical light touch that I was aware of throughout my appointment today.
The service and staff are great, but for the life of me I do not understand why a simple cleaning and a few electronic x Rays (why they were necessary , I have no idea) cost $375.00.The total time I was there was under an hour and with Dr Conrow for about 10 min.of that. To add insult to injury the cost in Can$ was closer to $525. Very expensive !
I have been going to this office and no where else for all dental care for more than eight years. What more could I say!
I have been a patient of Dr. Conrow for many years and have always been very happy with his dental work. He truly is like an artist for your mouth! My dental cleanings with Tracey have been very effective in eliminating my past periodontal issues. I recommend this practice very highly.
