During my pregnancy in 2016, I visited Jeanette Carpenter, MD for a second opinion on my placenta previa. The staff and Dr. were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The entire visit took a total of about 30 minutes. A YEAR later, we unexpectedly received an $1800 (before ins) $450 (after insurance) bill from them!!
