We had a great experience with Dr. Hurst caring for me and delivering our twins. His staff is incredibly nice and personable - it is a small office and everyone knows and remembers you at each visit. Dr. Hurst gave me great care both before and after delivery. He has a great bed-side manner and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Hurst doesn't waste time. He is efficient and very experienced. You have to ask questions at visits very quickly because he is a busy person but he will always answer them and be polite. He cares about people so much but some people don't think he does just because he is quick about things. His real passion is not working in an office it's delivering babies. He doesn't like to see his patients have a lot of pain. He was perfect for me because I hate pain and he tried to make me as comfortable as possible. He is amazing a... read more
I think Dr Hurst is the best, he is so caring and his office staff is wonderful, a really fun office to go to.
Dr. Hurst is an interesting doctor. He is very casual and laid back but my delivery was awesome! I asked a nurse about him at the hospital and she said he was a little too casual for her taste but was the best doctor when it came to deliveries. He does not ever do breast exams and I even asked him about some bruising I have and he never looked but just told me to go to a lactation consultant and I had to persist that he give me a recommendation for another doctor. I finally just went to my general practice doctor for the pro... read more
I chose to go to Dr. Hurst because I heard good things about him and needed a new doctor who could perform a VBAC. I was disappointed, however, because I was expecting him to be friendly and to try to get to know his new patient. He asked only a few questions about me and my family situation but was very business-like and only spoke when necessary after that. Also, I had asked him to cut out my old cesarean scar during my c-section (we gave up on the VBAC) and he agreed to but never did (it was hard to remind him while in th... read more
Dr Hurst is the best doctor there is. I love him. He is very professional.
Wanted to plan my deliverey so it wouldn't mess up his plans
I felt like Dr. Craig Hurst was a fine doctor. He delivered my son on Mother's Day and everything went well. I was pleased with his overall care and concern with everything. His experience really put me at ease through the delivery and he handled things well.
Check ups weren't thourough. Never gave breast exam. Went in 1-2 months pregnant; He didn't notice or never said anything. Gave option to deliver early. Offered Cesarian during labor when it wasn't necesary. Unconcearned with my health or the health of my baby. Acted very conservitive; seemed ashamed of my situation even tho I was married and working. Was not informative or passionate.
