My grandfather has been a patient of Dr. Gold for a few years now. He gives a standard of care and encourages specialists opinions that many doctors do not give. The office is standard looking and the front desk staff are not friendly, which is why I am giving 3 stars. Bonnie always has an attitude and can be very rude on the phone. He is only still a patient because Dr. Gold cares about his health.

Extremely poor experience! This doctor is totally inaccessible, due to layers of phone prompts and rigid scheduling. I called for an appointment outside of my annual pre-scheduled appointment and was given very strict instruction on how I could be seen. They were more concerned with their procedures than my health and my condition and reason for calling. I was told that unless I could come in the same day I could not be seen.
