Dr, Russell has been treating my wife and I for several years and based on previous experience with other Dermatologists we could not be more pleased to be her patient. She is extremely competent, honest. and wonderful to deal with. I recently had a Blue Light treatment given by Martha Ann Steffen, a technician under Dr. Russell.
