I had a horrible experience with this business that Dr. Clatanoff owns in February'25. The office manager was also extremely unprofessional and rude. I posted poor reviews and the owner responded --or at least I think it was him, wanting me to email their info line. I did and received no response. I thought I would try one more time and I made an appointment for this week (Sept'25). They will not honor it. The office manager called to tell me. I asked if she could have the owner call me. I have been a patient at Vision Source for several years and have always found the staff to be caring and professional. I recently had cataract surgery developed inflammation in that eye. I was in extreme discomfort and called the Vision Source emergency number on Easter Sunday morning, Dr, Clatanoff answered and said he would meet me at Vision Source in an hour.
