I wrote a previous review stating the treatment I received from Dr. Knox and Nurse It was not a good review because of their rudeness and respectfulness. I had my second visit today and it was totally opposite. Maybe they had bad days. God knows I do. Today was pleasant and informative. Good visit all the way!

He has always been kind and very helpful. He is very thorough with his questioning and is helpful in every way. Only once did I have to wait extra time. Things like that happen sometimes. Paula Avery
He was 45 minutes late with no apology. He was rude, condescending. My wife was with me and he totally ignored her presence. In my opinion, he needs to go into research and not deal with patients.
