Beware ! This office and its staff, like to use “bait and switch” tactics. I was assured MULTIPLE times that I was in network with them regarding any and all services. Bills from tests and bloodwork, they say are routine are coming in. I’ve been told multiple times by the billing department of each lab that I’m not in network. Been trying to get to the bottom of it. I was adamant that I needed all services to be in network, due to insurance.
I have been loyally going to this doctor office for 7 months. I show up for my appointment today. Which I personally made for 10:30am. I get a call on the elevator saying I’m late. Ok I explained I called in made this appointment and I made it for 10:30am. I walk in and sign in and receptionist calls me to window saying I have a missed appointment fee. This doctor treats his patients absolutely HORRIBLE! He neglected me, blamed the him not doing his job on me, didn’t write any of the prescriptions correctly and his staff had to show him how to write the script, always on vacation monthly and stated he doesn’t care about his patients, cursed at me during visit, told the me to get out because I stated that he harmed them, didn’t have my medical information but prescribed medications, failed to treat and diagnose major condition even though both myself and wife begged for hel... read more
