From Julia. My experience with this doctor was very negative. During the consultation, she showed very little empathy, and her attitude felt harsh, rude and dismissive. As a patient, I expected to feel heard and respected. I left the appointment feeling uncomfortable because when I tried to explain my symptoms, I felt that she discredited me and did not believe what I was telling her. He venido visitando a la Dr Palermo desde hace ya mas de 5 años. Es una profesional exelente. No tengo tiroides ( cancer previo) y ella se ha encargado de mantenerme en perfecto salud, también me ayudo en todo el termino de mi embarazo con lo que tenia que ver con mis hormonas . Es una persona excepcional! La recomiendo siempre que puedo. El estaff es maravilloso tambien !
Be prepared to wait. I’ve been trying to get the results of a lab test and an X-ray, and this is the second time I’ve waited over an hour without receiving any information. Dr. Palermo is kind, but she clearly does not respect people’s time.
