Be prepared to wait. I’ve been trying to get the results of a lab test and an X-ray, and this is the second time I’ve waited over an hour without receiving any information. Dr. Palermo is kind, but she clearly does not respect people’s time.
I have a lot of confidence with myself as Dr. Palermo has helped me understand my thyroid issues and Osteoporosis much better. . She is always soft spoken and explains everything clearly. Her Medical staff are the best always …..Thank you!!! I look forward to my appointments. :)
Dr Palermo held me get a better understanding about my diabetes status, she talked to me a way that gives me a lot of confidence and motivation to deal with it. She is very soft spoken understanding and she listens .
The doctor was nice but I waited 3+ months for the results of a thyroid ultrasound. Also, the receptionist was very unprofessional when calling inquiring about results. Raised her voice and never answered my question. Will not go back based on that
