Dr Palermo held me get a better understanding about my diabetes status, she talked to me a way that gives me a lot of confidence and motivation to deal with it. She is very soft spoken understanding and she listens .
The doctor was nice but I waited 3+ months for the results of a thyroid ultrasound. Also, the receptionist was very unprofessional when calling inquiring about results. Raised her voice and never answered my question. Will not go back based on that
Very Rude Doctor. Appears condescending and arrogant.I never met a doctor that's annoyed ,impatient and roll her eyes at patient. Maybe she shouldn't work in a industry that deals with caring and having sympathy for humans.Doesnt seem that intelligent. Seems insensitive to my culture
