The doctor entered the room and asked me what prescription I wanted without even checking on me.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lupu for 10 years, and I’m very happy with the care he provides. He is thorough and attentive, addressing all of my overall health concerns. I also find him easy to talk to. His staff is friendly and professional.

Terrible experience. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I clearly explained that I shouldn’t be charged a co-pay for an annual, yet they charged me anyway. When I called back, the manager lied and said the refund was issued, but I never received anything. She was also incredibly rude. As a woman, I did not feel safe or listened to by the doctor.
