I've been a patient of Dr. McLeroy for about a year and a half. Since she switched to the concierge practice, she sees dollar signs instead of patients. On my last visit, I asked her to work with me on my medications until I found another doctor, she agreed. A medication needed to help my A1C was to be called in, my pharmacy informed me that she DENIED IT... after agreeing! The concierge program really showed her true colors.
Requires a $2300 membership to even see her ON TOP OF the actual cost of the visit. So only giving healthcare to the wealthy... Tells you a lot about the kind of doctor she is.
Worst doctor ever. I was just informed I’m no longer a patient due to not joining her VIP program which I believe is $500-$1000 out of pocket. A heads up would have been great.
Dr. McLeroy is such an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and personable. She is very caring and spends plenty of time with you really getting to know your needs. I can't recommend her any higher. Best doctor I have ever had.
While Dr McLeRoy has always giving me 5star service her staff is very unprofessional and don't mind breaking HIPPA by coming into the lobby and just discussing my personal information in front of at least four other patients, rather it was about insurance or not I could have been pulled to the back to discuss it and arguing with a patient or making them feel like their dumb is inappropriate to me but maybe it's okay at her office because she is transitioning into new services I guess it no longer matters how the patients are... read more
