Dr Hatfield was very caring and thorough, my wife felt very much at ease !
Dangerous negligence. A doctor who cannot acknowledge or recognize critical lab values has no business brushing off a patient who is advocating for their health. Patients deserve honesty, compassion, and safe care. What I saw was the opposite: cold, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. To any patient reading this: always advocate for yourself. I have never had a problem with Dr. Hatfield. I see him because of Arthritis, Lupus and Fibromyalgia. He has helped me tremendously, and I have been his patient for 5+ years.
The lack of professionalism was evident from the beginning. I arrived before my scheduled appointment time, and still waited for an hour to be seen. Dr. Hatfield presented with ZERO bedside manner. He refused to look at my YEAR of documentation that I provided to assist with any diagnoses. I have waited FIVE MONTHS to be seen by this “specialist”. Never and I mean NEVER, go to this person who dares to call himself a doctor. It’s absolutely TERRIFYING to me that he has students. (I learned this as he was basically saying I was a freak show & saying how he was just telling his students how they never see cases like mine anymore) I have seen HUNDREDS of doctors in the 16yrs since I became sick and he is in 2nd place for the worst doctor ever.
