My sister has been a patient of this doctor for almost 30 years. The doctor is truly wonderful, caring, and very thorough. My family has always appreciated the doctor’s care, and this review is not about the doctor. Today, my sister had a 9:00 AM online appointment. Usually, the office calls about 30 minutes before the appointment to ask for temperature, weight, blood pressure, and other information. Horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone. Leaving a message does you no good as they will never call you back. If you do get a hold of someone they will say they will call back and guess what no one ever calls back
