Over the years I've seen many Psychiatrist due to switch to new insurances. After having Dr.Hirsch as my doctor for fifteen years, she is superb. In regards to punctuality, I'm always willing to wait because of the quality care of each single visit! Her compassion and complete care of each visit is beyond anything I've experienced.

I have know Dr. Hirsch for 7-10 years and have followed her to 2 different office locations! She is about 45ish minutes from my house now! But I will make the drive she is kind and caring and takes the time that is needed to treat and diagnose me and she LISTENS. She treats with all options open to her natural, sound advice and medication if needed. she not only cares about me but my family as well. She has office procedures in place for emergency appointments as well a waiting/call list. Her staff is kind as well.

I have seen Dr. Hirsh for over 5 years. She diagnosed my adult ADD and began treating it right away. My life improved drastically due to her treatment plan. Over the years I have be through many changes both personal and professional, and Dr. Hirsh always listens and often reminds me of comments I made in previous visits regarding the same issue. I've been a patient of Dr. Hirsh for almost 10 years. She is nearly always behind in her appointments (waiting up to - or more than - an hour is not unusual), but it's because she takes the time to listen to her patients. At times, when she's behind, I can tell that she's rushed during an appointment to get caught up, but it's only when I'm doing well and there are no issues. From the first moment I met her she was the most unfriendly doctor I had ever seen. Treats you like a pain, never smiles....not real warm and fuzzy. Never explains why I need an extra pill of this or that a day, I have honestly never been given 'a' diagnosis. Instead, I have about every one she could give me to cover them all. i have seen dr hirsch for 4 years and she has always returned calls, exceptionally when it was emergency. i think she is caring and knowledge of all of my drugs. was happy to finally have a diagnosis. would recommend

Dr. Hirsch is nice enough and is still in the process of adjusting my meds. I was under the impression that psychiatrit's looked at all meds, but when asked about a couple non- pschiatric drugs) that I am taking she said she was not familiar with them. even though they are well known drugs that have been around. I am on a limited income and there is no financial assistance so I pay $150 every visit which I feel is high considering you see her for maybe 15 minutes. Dr. Hirsh is straightforward, highly skilled, and self-assured. She listens. She doesn't hesitate to disagree. She also told me I didn't need any further visits because I am mentally healthy which contradicts a previous diagnosis.

Rude, disrespectful receptionist. Connie can't be bothered to return phone calls. I now go to a therapist who returns phone calls personally and really listens to me.
