Dr. Reiners himself is fantastic - great exam, very knowledgable and took time to thoroughly explain everything to me. His staff, on the other hand, is difficult to work with. I paid up front over $250 for a single pair of glasses. It has been over a month and I still do not have them. Driving to this office is a hike for me, and I have to take off from work every time I go. I appreciate Dr. Reiners' bedside manner for the following reasons: He took my questions seriously; Dr. Reiner was professional, jovial, and skilled at leading the eye examinations; and, when it came time to analyze my data--both the results of the eye test and the ultrasound scans of my eyes' physiologies--Dr. Reiner was clear and forthright with information and recommended helpful next steps.
