My family has been coming here since the first week they were open. They are simply the best! Ali and Sophia are super helpful and knowledgeable and more importantly great people.
Dr Braganza is an amazing doctor. He is knowledgeable and really listens to his patients to come up with the best treatment plan. I had seen many doctors for my eyes before him to get the right prescription as my case is complicated and was always disappointed. He has given me the prescription glasses with specific modifications which has been so helpful. Utterly amazing people here. I had not been in for over a year and they remembered who I was. Then there was the desire and wanting to help right away which they did. I had lost a lens and assumed a week or two but fixed while I was there. All I can say is I do not leave a lot of reviews so this I hope says they are worth visiting. Simply the best. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Colin Braganza, the optometrist in Brampton. As a new patient, I was asked to pay $40 for a retina photo, which was presented as mandatory and not covered by OHIP. This fee felt like a money grab, especially considering that most other optometrists don't have such mandatory charges. It should be optional.
