If it would let me leave a zero star review I would. Scheduled an appointment for my son 4 months in advance and they apparently did not update the phone number in the system after doing so for the second appointment I scheduled that day. Because they couldn't be bothered to look at the phone number on my account and couldn't get thru to me, they gave his appointment to someone else. Dr. Coleman is awesome and has an amazing team with him! He helped me when I was in absolute pain and no other dentist would see me same day. And he was very patient with my husband (who’s a nervous wreck with any DR.). Highly recommend him!!
I am so in love with this office!!! I changed to them about a year ago from an “big” chain big named dental office and have had absolutely the best service with them!!! Everyone from the office staff, the ladies in the back and the DR’s have been the best!!! Dr P and especially Dr Coleman are the best!!! Dr Coleman makes me smile and laugh at every visit!! He’s very down to earth and explains what he’s doing so you can understand it and does not talk over your head!!
I was seen in October of last year, got a “cleaning”, and went to see another dental office because this one provided very little to no-good cleaning. As an adult you can pretty much tell if they got in there real good, well it turned out that when I got checked by a new dental clinic, I ended having two cavities, so much tar build-up, and my gum line receding.
