Very disappointed in the care. Never bother to contact me after being hospitalized. my primary doctor suggests he see me and when I went to my appointment he did not know what was going on. Did not review my chart or request updates on all X-rays from hospital. All he wanted to do was more tests. Lack of patient care. I also recommend to not chew gum when talking to patients
