No professional and rude. I wear contact lenses, mono vision , for over 10 years and I always get the right prescription considering that my dominant eye is my left eye. this doctor told me my dominant eye was the right ( even a little kid can do the test and find out about their dominant eye). Also told me I don’t have astigmatism, when I do. He wasn’t happy because i was asking too many questions, then he just left the office after writing me the wrong prescription! This was my first time in 20 years, getting an eye exam. It wasn’t necessary to have drops put in my eyes to dilate the pupils! They now have a machine, so no blurry eyes for 3 hours after. Dr. Chapman also informed me (after looking at pictures of my eyes on his monitor, that it showed (red line thru my eyes) that I have no high cholesterol). Interesting!! I've BEEN GOING TO my eye dr. . FOR 12 YRS. very happy with the staff when entering for my appt , testing. the Dr. is thorough, takes his time to answer questions esp prescription change, interest in contacte (excellent) :) the Specialist that helps you choose your frames (huge variety) measure & fit your frames , are very helpful and knowledgeable.
