I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lans. Dr. Lans is an amazing physician knowledgeable, attentive, and truly compassionate. He takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. The office staff is just as exceptional: friendly, professional, and always welcoming. From check-in to follow-up, the care and service were outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Lans and his team!
My overall experience at this OB-GYN office over the past month has been horrible. I had three separate appointments — one at the Miami location and two at the Hollywood office — and each visit was extremely disappointing. Where do I begin.... I was referred to Dr. Lans from a nurse friend of mine. The moment I went to the office, I was impressed. The office was lively, friendly and so professional. Jean was at the desk running things. He was so patient, helpful, and pleasant. All of the staff are so attentive from the assistants to the nurses.
