Dr Rios completely destroyed my life. I initially went to him 4 years ago for a work related rotator cuff tear. A couple of months later he did a surgical repair. I was supposed to be on the road to recovery in 6-8 weeks. Shortly after starting PT it was discovered that I developed a frozen shoulder. This was never even explained to me as being a possibility.
