I am writing this review to share my family's experience so that other patients can make informed decisions. My elderly mother was under Dr. Clement Wong's care for high blood pressure and later experienced increasingly frequent fainting episodes. We had similar experiences as another complaint patient. My mother had emergency in North Shore Hospital during Easter 2026. After we came out, we went to see him, he only ask us to do blood test. In July 2026, my mother continues fall and we request to put on holter. They gave an Holter for 5 days and we paid over AUD400, there is no receipt even we asked. 我在2025年9月13日至15日最晚6.30，打0403331488黄卓文唯一的对外联系电话共9次，发了2次信息给他，要求他把给我的诊断报告书面发给我。但是，他拒绝接听7次电话，2次电话欺骗病人，2次拒绝回复信息，拒绝按要求发送报告。2年前，我如约看病，等了1个多小时，他也没看我的心测报告，对我说的一次昏倒，没有提出任何诊断。我迄今还没有收到要求他出的医疗报告，特别是，和2年前见他时一样，2025年9月11日他不看报告就说：“你的验血报告是4个月前的”，其实已经按你的要求更新了。而后他说：“你要做5天的心测”，而按他的要求已经完成了4天心测。他看了心测报告说：“你有118次心跳骤停2秒，3次心跳骤停3秒”，更恐怖的是他说：“你随时会死掉”，“你开车会压死大街上许多人”，“还没有排到你安装心脏起博器你就已经死了”，如此的危言耸听恐吓一个有心脏疾病的病人，又没有处理意见，完全丧失了最基本的医德。 Between September 13 and 15, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. at the latest, I called Clement Wong only external contact number, 0403331488, n... read more
