BE WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! I went to see Dr. Levato for a FREE consultation. I was put in a chair and he looked at my teeth. As I was leaving, I was told the charges on my account would be waived because the consultation was free. Three weeks later, I received a bill from this dentist and a check from my insurance company.
