The only reason I have seen Dr. Mason more than once is, because she is a good doctor. It is unfortunate then that everything else about the experience being her patient cannot make it worth trying to go to her anymore. Her staff, is abominable and ridiculously rude to patients. I actively recommend others to go elsewhere other than Cleveland Clinic. I would not recommend Dr. Mason. When she asked how long I had lumps in my breast, I said a few years. She then said well if you had cancer, you would have been dead by now. This was within 5 minutes of meeting her for the first time. During our chat she rolled her eyes when I told her I did not want to try a certain birth control method because of several friends experience with it. She definitely lacks manners and is very unprofessional.
Dr Mason may have great qualifications, but I do not know why she had to carry on and on about my facial apparence. I would never make any remarks about her appearance. She did this same thing last years visit but I had forgotten until now. There will be NO NEXT TIME. I recently had neck surgery and Botox injections, which cause my face to seem like I am frowning or stroke-like. But Dr. Mason just couldn't stop "teasing-talking"about my face. I felt like she was very unprofessional and demeaning.
