Brought them paperwork to have filled out. Receptionist at the pediatric clinic told me I would have to wait 10 business days or longer. When I told her I needed the paperwork filled out and faxed sooner than that, she proceeded to tell me that it will take 10 business days or longer and that the doctors are too busy to bother with the paperwork, they fill out the paperwork when people don't show up for their appointment.
