My husband and I both see Dr Batra as our PCP. She listens well, is caring, and always comes up with a good plan.

After almost two years at this office I left. Having a chronic illness, I spoke extensively with Dr Batra before moving to her practice. Explained my expectations and concerns. She’s was all onboard. Dr. Ellis is my primary care physician. Dr. Ellis stays up to date on recent findings and also has years of valuable experience. Dr. Ellis asks great questions to determine the severity of a complaint. Dr. Ellis has referred me to skilled specialists when necessary, though this clinic can take care of many common injuries and complaints. Dr. Ellis has even been effective while treating me using on line appointments.
I had to go without my anti-anxiety/depression medication for 5 days--without any courtesy refill, and NO communication from Dr. Batra or UCHealth--which was a very scary time for me. I tried to get it refilled before I ran out, and called the clinic (which I found out was really just a call center) 3-4 times over 5 days. I was told 3 different times by 3 different people they would send a "high priority message" to Dr. Batra. I never heard anything. This is not intended to be a rant, but simply a review and heads-up to anyone looking for a new doctor or clinic. Dr. Kalindi Batra and/or the UCHealth system: BEWARE: You may fall through the cracks, not be listened to (or talked down to, lectured, or interrupted when speaking), and/or you may be without your meds for up to a week with absolutely no warning, communication, or explanation whatsoever. I had one appointment with him and decided not to keep him as my regular PCP. He was a nice guy, but he contradicted what he told me in my appointment when I called to ask him a question. He also encouraged reading religious materials despite me telling him that I am agnostic. I can't recommend him.
