This physician dismissed my concerns and criticized me for being in the ER. I was experiencing complications from a prior surgery and he misdiagnosed me. Just a moment of care could have changed so much.
Most rude, arrogant, uncaring doctor that I have ever met. He failed to inform me of my son’s hospital admission; instead stating that he was in for observation. He denied my son his right to have the love of his mother by his side, even though, he told the staff that I am his mother. When asked if he wanted me to leave, he shook his head no! Dr. Bronstema treated my husband in the ER on 6/13/2019. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He spent the necessary time with us to make us feel at ease. Overall, we had a great experience with him.
