This office is a joke. I was scheduled and happened to call before I went in to ask why is my appointment is at the Riverdale location, and they told me my appointment was canceled. I was scheduled for later that day at the East Atlanta office. I came back for a follow up appointment and the nurse had not called in my main medication. Awful place to work. The manager there Melinda and her loud direspectful rude speaking side kick show favortism to certain people and let them slide every time. If you are not in her click and not kissing her flat tire then your not part of the team. The pay here is Awful.Nobody can live off the income they pay you like you are a high school student shopping for candy. This place has a very high turn around in employes . I wouldn’t recommend this office if it was the last practice on earth. They are money hungry and don’t care to validate their information whatsoever. Instead of calling and confirming my insurance was valid, which it was, they wanted me to pay $100 out of pocket. If you have a copay they will make you be seen about the same thing you’ve told them about each time you’ve visited. So unprofessional. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER THAT WILL CARE ABOUT TREATING YOU.
