Dr. Palley was not interested in me as a patient, and was more interested in my insurance we she did not approve of.
My family were all patients of Dr Palley for multiple years. In 2010, my 3 year old son became ill. I kept bringing him back for evaluation. She listened and believed my concerns. The tests were ordered and he did indeed have leukemia. He is now 17 years old and healthy. If we would have been at most providers today, they wouldn’t have ordered the tests and I can’t even imagine, I just can’t. I wish that we had more doctors like her and her practice. Again, thank you.

Clair Palley is a GREAT pediatrician, up to date with intact care for baby boys that aren’t circumcised, and very sweet she listens to the parents concerns also, mostly friendly staff, but the old lady at the front desk is ALWAYYYS rude ASF I dread even calling because she’s is so rude and unprofessional.
Always treated with excellent care! Have been a patient for many years - thanks for consistent quality and concern.
Love Dr. Palley, but the office staff are horrid. My entire family saw Dr. Palley for 9 years. We skipped a few years of check ups just to avoid dealing with the office staff and when I made an appointment and was forced to miss it do to unexpected travel, I was told I can't reschedule. My son has seen Dr. Palley since he was a few days old and now because of 1 missed appointment I have to find a new doctor. We will miss Dr. Palley.
Dr Palley seems to be a decent doctor but in my 2 visits to her office I've waited 2 hrs past my appt time before being seen. During my last visit while I was waiting in the room to be seen I listened to conversation between the doctor and other employees talking about coffee for 10 mins. I had already been there 1 1/2 hrs and was not happy sitting and waiting while they talked about coffee. The Dr was going in rooms to see other people that had just been brought back and I was already waiting
I have been a patient of hers for 8/9 years now. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Always takes the time to listen. Very genuine with her compassion.
