Dr. Chou my husband and i were so excited at her service after seeing one doctor who didn't even do an ultra sound when i was miscarried. She seemed conviencelying caring but it all went down hill from that. She does not RETURN phone calls, and is very short and conversing. Her staff is unknowledgeable. I would not recommond her to anyone.
She is a very quite doctor and doesn't explain anything. I would not recommend her.
Her appointment is so hard to book, and the staff just don't care if you get to see Cindy or not, even when my wife was sick during the last three weeks very unprofessional. we finally waited for our 1st appointment 5 weeks later, at that time my wife is already 9 weeks pregnant, but 15 mins. before our appointment, her staff called and cancel our appointment. and gave us another day, which we have to take it or leave it. but we can't take it because we have work schedule. they won't accommodate anything for patient, because... read more
Dr. Chou was a very pleasent during my OB care and during the delivery. She is too quiet thou. T
Dr Chou was very patient and was able to answer all the questions we asked. However, you must be prepared with questions; otherwise, she will provide you with very little information. During the delivery, she needed to show more command(I could hardly hear what she was asking). She does transmit peace and tranquility which helps keep your calmness throughout the pregnancy. I went to Dr Chou for my 1st pregnancy. She is a very quiet doctor. On my first checkup at 6wks, she saw something wrong and didn't tell me, but instead, told me to come back 1 week later. She should have told me that there was some concern. That night, I started to spot. The next day, I called her office twice and left her a message twice. No phone calls back. Dr. Cindy Chou is a very nice doctor but very quiet. I would not recommend her for people are experiencing first time pregnancy. You need to come in prepared with questions since she is not informative at all unless you're asking the questions. Due to providing lack of information to first time parents about preterm labor, etc, we lost ours.
She is an excellent doctor who has lots of patience. She is very knowlegeable in her subject and very friendly. I got a very good care from her from the biggining to the delivery of my baby. I recommend her very much.
