I've been seeing Dr. Hurley and her team, including PA Lara Dakkak, since 2018. It is very hard to find a good, in-network physician now a days. I have never had a bad experience with her and her team. They take time to listen to my needs and my questions. Lara specifically has been so incredible! She takes so much time to listen to my health concerns and if I ever needed a referral, she sends me plenty of options and recommendations. I'll continue to see Dr. Hurley and Lara as long as I can!

She's awful! She allows her staff to shoot you up with all kinds of things without telling you what any side affects are. I was sick and because I hadn't had the covid vaccine, she wouldn't see me. She was still trying to FORCE vaccines that were not fully tested on people. That's what she does!!!! Quite honestly, surprised she hasn't lost her license!

First time visit after a few years. Wasn't a fan before, still not a fan now - bedside manner was still terrible. Stoic, careless and couldn't wait to get the appointment over with. Did not care to listen or answer questions in detail. I got a terrible gut feeling before and that never went away with her. Take care of yourselves out there!

I really appreciate Dr. Hurley. She makes me feel extremely comfortable as a patient and always genuinely tries to help. I have been seeing her for about 3 years. She is always consistent and very informative if I have something to ask her about or a problem.

Wonderful time explaining how we are going to approach issues; team and staff were super friendly and patient!

Best experience I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. Hurley is so thorough--above and beyond--and caring in a way I didn't expect to experience in the city. She even called to check on me at 6:45 pm on a Friday night. I had no idea ANY doctor did that sort of thing. She's intelligent, listens well, doesn't rush, and I didn't have to wait at all. Never had that happen at a doctor's office either. AND she responds to emails sent through the portal. (Love the portal.) Not a single complaint.

Dr Hurley is so thorough and smart, while also being patient and kind. I really struggle with anxiety surrounding health and recently got some blood test results back that scared me (ended up being fine!)-but Dr. Hurley took specialized time to talk with me and reassure me and calm my nerves. She's amazing and I totally trust her as my doctor (and I'm typically skeptical of doctors)!

Honestly, if I could give Dr. Hurley a 0 rating, I would. She is completely unprofessional. She is very knowledgeable, however not particularly informative. She lacks the basic respect and customer service for her patients. Based on my 2 years of being under her care, she has mis-prescribed me medication on multiple occasions and still fails to give me an explanation as to why. As a patient, I do feel as if it is her responsibility to keep her patients fully informed, she does not.

I've changed doctors because I've felt more like a paying customer instead of a patient to one particular doctor at Piedmont Physicians. When I chose Dr. Hurley as my doctor, she was and still is professional and she managed to make a genuine empathetic connection with me. She is also attentive to my needs and concerns. Being sick is one thing, but being sick and dealing with a pushy doctor is worse. I feel safe, and I trust her judgement, which she always discusses thoroughly with me.
