Dr. Hsu is a professional and kind doctor. He is my family doctor for almost 7 years. He cares for his patients. He always listens my symptoms, asks me some questions and gives me a prescription. His prescription was always accurate and effective. I took the medicines and recovered soon every time. I really appreciate for his help. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu to everyone!
The MOA at the front desk is not professional. Before putting someone on hold you should ask them if you can place them on a brief hold. That's MOA 101.
Horrible!!!! Terrible office personnel!!! They are 100% unprofessional and let you stay on the line for ages! They often even hang up on you on whenever you call! They are cold and disorganized. If there is ever any need for a medication refil, it is better never have to rely on them! Have had many times to contact either the insurance or pharmacy directly to confirm if pre authorization was received for approval...since they often lie about it. I've only being going to his McKinney location for about 4 months due to my insurance. I've been having a large range for symptoms for a long time( a year) so I was hopeful, we I finally found a Dr. but instead I've been repeatedly disappointed. The office staff is great, but Dr. Hsu is NOT he didn't listen, nor did he seem to care, in fact every visit I had to retell why I was there, honestly he'd rather argue and make you feel less than...than to find solutions or give you peace about your legitimate concerns....
