I submitted a complaint that I thought would keep my identity private. Instead Dr Chung-Tsen Hsueh new about me and the complaint and cancelled my appointment. Because I was not happy with his care he asked his nurses to find me a new oncologist. Like the other bad review on here I completely 1,000% agree with what they wrote. I spoke up because I imagined how sad would it be if no one else had the courage to speak up or just didn’t want to because they were afraid or too sick to deal with it. Dr Hsueh is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
Very rude & uncaring. Does not want to listen to what I have to say. I dread when I have to see him. No personality or care for the patient.
