I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wang on the afternoon of March 30th. During my first call, the front desk assistant demanded my Sun Life member number and stated they couldn't help me without it. I asked if they could look me up using my SSN instead, but they flatly refused. Since I didn't have a physical ID card, I went through the trouble of downloading the app to retrieve the member ID. This man totally destroyed my mouth. BEFORE, you let him work on you PLEASE , do yourself a favor and get a second opinion; it will save you hundreds of dollars in repairs that will need to be done by a more professional dentist. I had a frontal tooth partial made at his office; it broke within a year. His advice was don’t bite, my response was you need to bite to cut food and chew: I learned that in first grade. They charged more than co-pay and did not refund even after the insurance is processed. Felt like they have strategy to hold your money to get the patient back in future. Lost some money there. Overall experience is average.
