Went to this doctor's office for an appointment at 11:15am, I was early. The took me back to a room to wait. Waited for long enough, I saw 2 episodes of Chicago PD. Someone comes in at 11:42am and says, "she will be right with you.." 12:01pm the nurse practitioner comes in and does my exam in less than 6min and I'm out. This is the longest to have waited for anyone, that wasn't even the doctor. To add insult, they charged me for a procedure I didn't get done. I had high hopes for Dr. Christy Walker. Especially since I took my time researching tediously to try and find a new OBGYN (African American). My overall experience was HORRIBLE. I came to Dr. Walker's office for a somewhat medical emergency. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour which was frustrating but I let it go.
