I paid out of pocket for a treatment bc Riddle said my ins did not cover. Treatment was unsuccessful. Went to another dermatologist where my ins paid for a successful treatment. I learned my ins should have been covered with Riddle. The only reason I was originally told my ins wouldn't cover is bc they were too lazy to do the paperwork. I have excellent ins. where I have no deductible or copay.
Very thorough, listens well, caring, explains treatment well. Great office location.
I came in for an annual body scan as skin cancer runs in the family. She had me stand up and scanned my body without a special magnifier. The only light she used for viewing was the overhead florescent lights. I was casting a shadow on my own body, how could she do a through inspection with this approach. In the past, other doctors have me lying down and have an over head light used for inspection with magnifier glass. Lastly, the floors where dirty in the exam room.
Dr, Riddle was very kind and took extra time seeing my father today. She and her staff where super attentive to his needs and concerns. Once we had the new patient forms completed, we waited less than two minutes before we were seen. Many thanks to everyone for such a smooth appointment today.
I went to dr riddle on April 27, 2017 to look at a spot on my back. She was in the room for approx 3 minutes and simply took the spot off, never really looking at me or anywhere else on my body. At the time I was quite surprised. I came back on July 19, 2017 because a spot (which had been there in April) on my nose had changed. It was a basal cell cancer. had she simply looked at my face for even a moment she would have seen the cancer. I would have been saved the subsequent much bigger surgery
very kind, knows her stuff! I was very happy with my visit and care. From front office to check out.
