Forget calling to ask anything or check an appointment time, they just let the phone lines ring. Had to call the “my access” customer service, just to find out when my appointment was.
This place never answers the phone.I have been calling two days in a row to make an appointment and nobody picks up the phone and this is not the first time.Otherwise stuff is polite and professional.
