Dr. Blank is excellent! I only wish he were in private practice as his location at SE wasn't convenient for me to bring my son to him regularly. He was respectful and a good listener! He gave me in site and encouragement to look futher to discover what was really wrong with my son as his presentation was atypical. The Cleveland Clinic proved him right!
He is a control freak. Avoid. You think you need a short term sleep aid, and then he labels you as depressed. You deny it but he works you onto an SSRI for "sleeping". Then when you start to have side effects of the drug that you were NEVER told about, he slaps a new dx on you. Now your more severe, bipolar, or borderline, or histrionic or some other f*cked opinion he has. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Once he labels you, that sh*t is in your file for life. This man is irresponsible, condescending, and should not be trusted. I agree with the other negative reviews. This man is a sociopath identifying as a psychiatrist. Please avoid him.
He is far more sinister than you all could all even imagine. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWAY FROM HIM.
I agree with EVERY COMMENT! Especially the "creepy" wonder if there's a medication for a narcissist ... if so this man (wouldn't call him a Dr.) needs a bottle a day. Cold, uniformed start to wonder of his license is valid. Chris W Blank needs to check into a barn where he will be with his own kind Let me paint you a picture take a swine pig, heifer cow and a donkeys butt you have the freaky creepy wanna be doctor.... run and run FAST (god knows he won't be able to catch you) :) :)
He is the worst doctor I ever had the displeasure of working with. He's too quick to diagnose others in total disregard for his own symptoms. I would not recommend him to anyone ever.
TERRIBLE! Would not listen to me fully but instead kept stopping me/interrupting me to diagnose me. He diagnosed me after not even 10 minutes of talking to me (and stopped to tell me.) I see below that he pushed anxiety/depression meds on someone else he tried the same with me! When I told him I thought therapy could (and did) help he told me that no i needed this medication. He got kicked out of the Air Force because he's too narcissistic and obsessive/compulsive. I can't believe he's still in practice. He is unfit to practice medicine, especially psychiatry. He needs psychiatric treatment himself.
I was pleased with this doctor's expertise and knowledge. He treated me well and was very helpful in treating my disorder. Thank you, Dr Blank.
