I met Dr. Taleghani at his St. Thomas West location in Nashville. I ended up having my surgery at St. Thomas midtown and the experience was incredible. Not only was my surgery timely and went without complication, what I was most impressed with was when Dr. T realized that I needed surgery immediately, he moved heaven and earth to get me in asap. Living pain free, thanks DOC!
Went in barely able to stand up straight and walk around, after having surgery with Dr. Taleghani I'm a new person, able to stand straight answer strong walking is no longer a burden. Now I can enjoy my family time and my grandchildren.
Dr. Taleghani is a wonderful doctor, I had horrible back pain and now I feel like a whole new man.

I met Dr. Taleghani because of my connection with Dr. MacGregor. She was out and he filled in by seeing me for my post surgical follow-up. He removed my staples and was very complimentary how my wound was healing. He gave me some much needed advice on physical therapy options and made me feel like family. Great experience, thank you all.
Dr. Taleghani and his staff are very caring and supportive. I feel like all my concerns are heard without being rushed and all my questions are answered no matter how silly I feel they may be. When I am having a problem and call the office they are quick to respond and follow up with directions. I am happy with my care and confident to refer my friends.
This is my fourth experience with Dr. Taleghani and reach has had an outcome as expected. Office staff in excellent and friendly.
