Great experience, a specialist with UC!
Dr Chris and the staff are amazing, they do an excellent work. He’s an amazing doctor. My daughter say that too , she’s a very shy person and of course she doesn’t wanted to go to a male doctor, but after she met him, she was totally fine with him.
Unfortunately my first, second, and third experiences were poor. My GP emailed through a referral for my son (so I called as I was instructed to by my GP) to make an appointment. The receptionist seemed almost annoyed by my call, and told me the referral hadn’t come through yet - with no further advice, other than when it does come through they need some time to triage it and will be in contact. I highly recommend Dr Schneider. He is kind, caring and has an incredible amount of knowledge. His staff are also always very friendly and accommodating.
